Tijdens de Bloei Op! Vrouwendag mag je alles even loslaten en helemaal thuiskomen in jezelf, van je kruin tot in je wortels en alles er tussen in. Geef expressie aan je lichaam en gebruik je stem voor healing en verbinding.

🗓️ PROGRAMMA

We starten de dag met een meditatie en sharing circle, zodat je helemaal kan landen in de ruimte en de groep.

Anneminke begeleidt je vervolgens speels door je chakra's, in je lichaam, zodat je de grond weer onder je voeten voelt en jouw levensenergie voelt gaan stromen.

Na de lunch neemt Maaike je mee met haar stem. Ga op reis in jezelf en ontdek hoe krachtig jouw stem is en leer hoe je deze kan inzetten voor expressie en healing.

Vanuit de intuïtieve opzet van beide facilitators creëren we samen met een mooie groep vrouwen een warme, veilige en speelse ruimte waar jij ontspant, je lichaam en stem herontdekt en je expressie vrij laat stromen.

Aan het einde van de dag ga je naar huis met:

💃 Anneminke Bakker werkt als holistisch en energetisch therapeut en vanuit haar passie voor dansen verzorgt zij buikdansworkshops en Ecstatic Dance.

Met zachte kracht, in rust en met liefdevolle begeleiding brengt Anneminke ieder thuis in zichzelf. Haar kracht is om mensen te inspireren en te laten ervaren dat ze zoveel grootser en goddelijker zijn dan ze denken. Ze ziet Jou voor wie jij werkelijk bent: een prachtig Lichtwezen.

🎶 Maaike Borsboom is voice healer, stembevrijder en natuurcoach. Ze begeleidt mensen in het openen van hun eigen stem én biedt helende behandelingen waarin ze haar eigen stem intuïtief inzet als krachtig instrument.

Met een achtergrond in psychosociaal werk en traumabegeleiding werkt ze op een diepgaande en veilige manier, waarin klank, adem en afstemming centraal staan. Haar sessies helpen blokkades los te laten, tot rust te komen en opnieuw verbinding te maken met wie je in wezen bent.

📍 LOCATIE

Laloli Bewustzijnscentrum is gelegen aan de rand van het centrum van Delft, naast de Hortus Botanicus. Adres: Julianalaan 67A, 2628 BC Delft. Het betreft het gebouw waar VPS op staat (bruine deur, links aan de voorkant van het gebouw).

🚗 BEREIKBAARHEID EN PARKEREN

٠ Gratis parkeren kan bij het gebouw of op parkeerplaats P6, Building 8 TU Delft, Faculteit Bouwkunde (navigeer naar Zuidplantsoen 39, 2628 BZ Delft. De parkeerplaats is daarvan aan de overkant). Vanaf de parkeerplaats is het ca. 4 minuten lopen naar Julianalaan 67a.

٠ Fietsen kunnen voor de ingang gestald worden. Kom je met een elektrische fiets? Neem je accu mee naar binnen.

٠ Kom je met het OV? Neem bus 60 of 63: halte Botanische tuin (+1 minuut lopen). Of bus 50, 60, 62, 63, 69, 455: halte Michiel de Ruyterweg (+5 minuten lopen).

During yhis day, you can let go of everything and come completely home to yourself, from your crown to your roots and everything in between. Express your body and use your voice for healing and connection.

🗓️ PROGRAM

We start the day with a meditation and sharing circle, so you can fully connect with the space and the group.

Anneminke will then playfully guide you into your body and chakra's so you can feel the ground beneath your feet again and feel your life energy flowing.

After the lunch, Maaike will guide you on a journey within yourself and discover the power of your voice. Learn how to use it for expression and healing.

Based on the intuitive approach of both facilitators, we will work with a wonderful group of women to create a warm, safe, and playful space where you can relax, rediscover your body and voice, and allow your expression to flow freely.

At the end of the day, you'll go home with:

💃 Anneminke Bakker works as a holistic and energetic therapist, and driven by her passion for dance, she offers belly dance workshops and Ecstatic Dance.

With gentle strength, tranquility, and loving guidance, Anneminke brings everyone home to themselves. Her strength lies in inspiring people and helping them experience that they are so much greater and more divine than they think. She sees you for who you truly are: a beautiful Being of Light.

🎶 Maaike Borsboom is a voice healer, voice liberator, and nature coach. She guides people in opening their own voice and offers healing treatments in which she intuitively uses her own voice as a powerful instrument.

With a background in psychosocial work and trauma counseling, she works in a profound and safe way, focusing on sound, breath, and attunement. Her sessions help you release blockages, find peace, and reconnect with your true self.

Laloli Awareness Center is located on the edge of Delft's city center, next to the Hortus Botanicus. Address: Julianalaan 67A, 2628 BC Delft. This is the building marked VPS (brown door, left at the front of the building).

🚗 ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING

- Free parking is available at the building or in parking lot P6, Building 8 TU Delft, Faculty of Architecture (navigate to Zuidplantsoen 39, 2628 BZ Delft. The parking lot is across the street). From the parking lot, it is approximately a 4-minute walk to Julianalaan 67a.

- Bicycles can be parked in front of the entrance. If you are coming with an electric bike, please bring your battery pack with you.
